Government uses neighborhood groups to target people for non-consensual experiments of EMF TORTURE EQUIPMENT/WEAPONS
Government gives power to neighborhood groups - to choose targets ofEMF.
Each group is made up of the same types of people who agree to commit crimes against people in their neighborhoods--HATE GROUPS.
Who do they hate?
Depends on the neighborhood.
Primarily they seem to target women.
Black, Jewish and/or Gay females.
When they target men they choose men who they are not afraid will shoot up the neighborhood.
So, the men who WANT POWER are the WEAKEST ONES WHO ARE UNABLE TOGET POWER THROUGH THEIR ABILITIES.
Now these weak, sneaky types who usually walk in fear, are able to become THE BULLIES OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD.
So, they can choose who they feel are the bad people and, for some reason, WEAK MEN SEEM TO FEEL THAT FEMALES ARE THEIR BIGGEST ENEMY.
So, the government allows these neighborhood COWARDS to become POWERFUL by allowing them to choose the targets.
This ensures that they will all be willing to participate in the crime and THAT'S ALL THE GOVERNMENT WANTS---A GUINEA PIG---WHO THE NEIGHBORHOOD THUGS THEY EMPLOY WILL BE WILLING TO TORTURE.
This is how the government gets to GUINEA PIG MANY PEOPLE WHILE MAKING THE CRIME APPEAR TO BE ACTS OF SEPARATE CRIMINAL GROUPS.
THIS WAY, LATER--WHEN THIS CRIME ALL COMES TO LIGHT--THE GOVERNMENT WILL BE ABLE TO SAY---"IT WASN'T US---LOOK AT ALL THE DIFFERENT THINGS THAT WERE DONE AND ALL THE DIFFERENT MOTIVATIONS AND IT'S CLEAR THAT IT'S NOT A SINGLE PROJECT."
BUT, OF COURSE, IT IS A SINGLE PROJECT.
THE GOVERNMENT HAS FOUND A WAY TO TURN EACH CRIME INTO A SEPARATE TYPE OF CRIME.
--EACH CRIMINAL GROUP HAS ITS' OWN M.O. AND THIS ENSURES THAT WE, THE TARGETS, WILL BE CONFUSED FOR A LONG TIME BEFORE SEEING THAT IT IS BEING DONE BY ONE CUPRIT--THE GOVERNMENT.
WHEN TARGETS COMPARE NOTES WE HAVE SIMILARITIES BUT WE ALSO HAVE DIFFERENCES.
THE DIFFERENCES MAKE US HAVE DIFFERENT STORIES AND THIS IS WHAT THE GOVERNMENT WANTS----FOR US NOT TO GET OUR STORIES STRAIGHT.
Someone who read Gloria Naylors' book "1996" was asking me why she only had the gangstalking and the "voices" and not the pain that I am experiencing.
And, this is how the government keeps the targets from seeming tohave a cohesive crime to report as a whole group.
Give the equipment to different groups--let them choose the target---and let them do whatever they want to the victims and watch how creative and unique they can get.
